The File Manager in Nilead CMS allows you to upload and organize your media files—including images, videos, audio, and documents—so they can be used across your website. This guide walks you through adding, updating, and deleting files, as well as managing media galleries.
You must be logged in with a role that has CMS editing permissions.
You should have image/video/PDF files ready on your device.
Your plan must include CMS access (available on Basic and above).
From your Nilead Admin Dashboard.
Click the "Media Manager" icon located on the top right corner
You’ll see a table listing all uploaded media files.
Nilead currently supports the following formats:
Images: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .ico, .bmp
Documents: .pdf
(More types coming soon)
🔍 Note: Files exceeding size or type limits may fail to upload.
Max dimensions: 2048px × 2048px or up to 4.2 megapixels
Recommended: 1024px × 1024px for square product images
Higher-resolution images improve professionalism and SEO ranking

1. Can I replace a file without breaking its usage on the site?
Yes, editing and re-uploading the file will update its contents without changing the file path.
2. Are there storage limits for my account?
Storage limits depend on your plan. Contact support if you need more space.
3. Can I organize files into folders?
Folder support is coming soon. For now, use consistent naming conventions.
4. Are uploaded files optimized automatically?
Basic compression is applied. For best results, upload optimized files directly.
5. Can I restrict file access to certain user roles or groups?
This is currently managed at the page or content block level, not file-level.
