Nilead supports multilingual websites through locale management. A "locale" defines the user's preferred language, region, and format settings. This guide helps you add, update, or remove locales in your admin panel so your content can reach a global audience.

Walkthrough

Access the Language Settings

1. Log in to your Nilead Admin Panel.

2. Open the Quick Menu (press Ctrl + K or click the search icon).

3. Search for “Language” or “Localization” and select the Language Management screen.

Add or Update a Locale

1. On the Language screen, click the “+ Create” icon in the top-right corner.

2. Fill in the following fields:

   • Locale Code (e.g., en_US, fr_FR)

   • Language Name (e.g., English, French)

   • Optional: set this locale as the default for your site.

3. Click Save to apply the changes.

Edit an Existing Locale

1. Click on any locale listed in the Language table.

2. Modify fields such as name, locale code, or default status.

3. Click Save to update.

Delete a Locale

1. In the Language screen, check the box next to one or more locales you wish to delete.

2. Open the Bulk Actions dropdown.

3. Select “Delete” and confirm the action.

📛 Note: This action is irreversible. Deleting a locale also removes any associated translations.
