Projects

Projects are used to track all the actionable steps, information, and communications towards achieving a goal, initiative, or objective.

Tasks

Things that must be done. Tasks are stored in projects and make it clear who’s responsible for what by when. Tasks also store all the files, conversations, and instructions related to it so information stays in the right place.

Milestones

You can use milestones to track progress on groups of tasks. Milestones are optional and you do not have to put tasks inside any milestones.
